FORT MYERS -- Anne Frazier will lead Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida as president and CEO, following her unanimous election by the Fort Myers non-profit's executive committee.

Frazier led Drug Free Collier prior to joining JA as chief executive, shortly after moving to Florida in early 2010. Before taking on that role, she served as executive director and chief professional officer of the Boys & Girls Club of the Blue Ridge in Martinsville, Va.

She replaces Victoria Stephan, who led JA for 12 years prior to her recent resignation. Stephan has been working with Frazier since Nov. 14, and plans to leave the organization Dec. 2.
