LAKEWOOD RANCH — Semi-custom homebuilder Neal Signature Homes had 75 new home closings and 60 sales in 2018, representing overall growth of 16% from 2017 to 2018.

According to a press release, last year Lakewood Ranch-based Neal Signature sold out The Inlets, a waterfront community in Manatee County. It has two houses remaining at the Wildgrass community in Sarasota, the release adds.

Neal Signature specializes in homes priced from $600,000 to just under $1 million.

“We have had tremendous success maintaining our growth throughout the year — even after selling out two of our most popular communities,” says Neal Signature Homes President Randy Turkovics in the statement. “I am extremely proud of our hard-working team, which saw a 13% increase in sales in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch, an 8% increase at Provence in Sarasota and a 5% increase at Mirabay in Apollo Beach.”

The homebuilder is now in eight communities, including River Wind and The Estuary in Bradenton, Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood, MiraBay in Apollo Beach, County Club East and Country Club West in Lakewood Ranch and Provence and Wildgrass in Sarasota.

Country Club East posted 32 sales in 2018. About 25% of the builder’s sales in 2018 were homes available for "quick to immediate occupancy," the release states.

In the second quarter of 2019, Neal Signature is expected to open Aria, a new community in Venice. It will have 182 home sites.

Neal Signature Homes now builds in south Hillsborough, Sarasota and Manatee counties.
