LAKEWOOD RANCH — Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder Neal Communities named Doug Marcinski the new vice president of sales and marketing for the company's south region.
Neal's south region includes Lee and Charlotte Counties. Marcinski has over 20 years of sales leadership experience, including 13 years in sales and marketing management, according to a press release.
In his new role, he will focus on strategic sales planning, enhancing the sales process and a structure to help reach monthly goals for sales and design studio operations.
Before joining Neal, Marcinski was the sales and marketing manager for several homebuilders in Virginia and Maryland.
Michael Greenberg, Southwest Florida regional president for Neal Communities, says of Marcinski: “He has consistently earned top ranks in sales performance in every position by bringing revenues, profits and customer service to new heights, and he will be invaluable to lead our sales, marketing and design gallery team.”
