NAPLES — NCH Health System named Paul Hiltz CEO and president.
According to a press release, the search process for the Naples leader began with over 100 candidates from around the country. "Over the past few months, the NCH board has worked diligently interviewing several highly qualified candidates to find the right leader for NCH," the statement says.
Hiltz comes to NCH from Mercy Medical Center in Canton, Ohio, where he was CEO and president. He has more than 25 years of experience working in health care leadership positions, the release states. He also has experience as the CEO of medical groups, accountable care organizations and acute care hospitals.
Hiltz will start at NCH Sept. 3.
