The price equated to $260 per square foot. That figure is higher than the two-year average price per square foot for office space ($112) in Southwest Florida, according to the CoStar Group.
The freestanding medical/office building is located on a 1.15-arce site between Pine Ridge Road and Golden Gate Boulevard. Constructed in 1991, the office building features a covered drop off and impact-resistant windows.
