SARASOTA — Naples luxury homebuilder BCB Homes has expanded to Sarasota.
The company , founded in 1993, specializes in custom homes and home and condominium renovations, according to a statement.
“Having worked in the luxury home building markets from Boca Grande through Longboat Key since 1990, I am confident BCB Homes will provide the local marketplace with the best available quality and service in luxury home building,” BCB Homes Territory Director Jeff Blevins says in the statement. “We are honored to be expanding to the Sarasota market, and look forward to becoming an integral part of the local community as we grow our partnerships and presence here.”
With a staff of over 160 employees, BCB Homes has built and renovated over 400 homes. It currently has projects under construction in Boca Grande and Longboat Key. The company also recently began construction of Hill Tide Estates, a 10-acre exclusive 19-homesite luxury waterfront community on Boca Grande.
