He will be responsible for the development of new projects and operations in the South Florida region. Adams has completed more than 230,000 square feet of construction since joining Stevens Construction as senior project manager. He previously handled the multiphase renovation of DeVoe Cadillac and the construction of Landmark Hospital, a 86,676-square-foot long-term care facility in Naples.

Tom Johnson has joined Harshman & Co. Inc. as a new sales associate. Johnson, a graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School, received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of San Diego. He plans to specialize in industrial and suburban office space.
