Colliers International Tampa Bay has promoted Amanda Cooper to director of multifamily investment sales in its Tampa office. She was previously multifamily market leader for the Florida valuation team. Prior to joining Colliers, Cooper worked for CBRE in Tampa and Kansas City. Earlier in her career, she worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in its financial advisory services division. In her new role, Cooper will partner with John Stone, principal and managing director of multifamily housing.
