Susie Trafton has been named managing broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group's Belleair office. Trafton previously worked in Coldwell Banker's Clearwater Beach office.
Prior to her career in real estate, she was the event coordinator for Link-Up.org, an organization focused on assisting veterans as they transition to civilian life. Trafton also owned and operated an interior design and staging company.

Heather Morgan has joined Cushman & Wakefield| Commercial Property of Southwest Florida's Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Division in Fort Myers as client services manager and executive assistant to the CEO and chief operating officer. Most recently, Morgan worked at Interop Technologies as its content and product manager. Prior to her time at Interop, she was an administrator with the Grubb & Ellis/ VIP-D'Alessandro Commercial Brokerage Co.
