SARASOTA — The Sarasota branch of Element Funding hired mortgage loan officers Steve Svirsky and Bart Leereveld.
Svirsky and Leereveld have worked together for over seven years. Svirsky has over 30 years experience in the financial industry, according to a press release. He previously worked at BankUnited, SunTrust Bank and Freedom Mortgage.
“I believe that the key to success is constant communication and putting others first,” says Svirsky in a statement. “Communication combined with professionalism, experience, strong ethical behavior, and quick response time has played a vital role in my success, allowing me to assist hundreds of families with their dream of homeownership.”
Leereveld joined Svirsky at BankUnited and then moved with him to SunTrust and Freedom Mortgage.
“I pride myself on the local real estate and banking knowledge and rapport with my past clientele,” says Leereveld in the statement. “I am proud to be part of a team of professionals who truly care about the customer experience, hard work, and being a leader in the industry.”
Element Funding is a division of Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. The company is based in Atlanta and provides residential mortgage financing primarily in the Southeastern U.S., according to a press release.
