Miami investors buy office park near Publix HQ

SELLER: West Lakeland Business Partners I
PROPERTY: 2525 Drane Field Road, Lakeland
PRICE: $6.38 million
PREVIOUS PRICE: $7,000, April 1995

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Miami attorney Dennis Haber, his brother Paul Haber and Arlene Levinson purchased the four-building West Lakeland Business Park for $6.38 million.

The price equated to $84 per square foot.

The 9.42-acre property features three 16,000-square-foot buildings and a single 27,265 square foot building. The buildings have a total of 16 tenant spaces and are currently fully leased.

Gary Ralston of Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty represented the buyer.

“It's at a highly visible intersection of Polk Parkway,” Ralston says. “The property is also very close to Lakeland Linder Regional Airport and Publix's corporate headquarters.”
