NORTH FORT MYERS — True Eye Experts, an optometric clinic with three locations in the Tampa region, has added a fourth location, expanding to Southwest Florida for the first time.
The new location comes in a merger with Tucker Vision Center of North Fort Myers, according to a statement. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, and Dr. Terry Tucker will continue to serve as the brand’s optometrist, now under the True Eye Experts name. The office location will remain the same, 88 Pine Island Road, and a full brand transition is expected to be complete by early spring, the release adds.
“Our goal from the very beginning was to gather a group of exceptional eye doctors and provide the highest level of customer service,” True Eye Experts co-founder Dr. Samuel Teske says in the statement. Seeing True Eye Experts grow from one location to four is proof that we stayed true to that promise and created a team of specialists who are laser-focused on providing individualized care, clear communication, and selfless service.”
“We now employ more than 50 team members between the four clinics,” adds True Eye Experts co-founder Kevin Whaley in the statement. “We pride ourselves on keeping the same level of quality vision care and products at each of these practices. When you walk into one True Eye Experts location, you’ll receive the same great customer service and expert eye care as the others.”
Tucker Vision Center was founded in 1985. True Eye Experts has offices in Lutz, Trinity and New Tampa.
