NAPLES — Premier Sotheby’s International Realty acquired the assets of Stock Realty’s Resale and Rental division at its Stock Plaza at Lely Resort location.

Included in the purchase is the location of the former Stock Realty at 7711 Collier Blvd., in Naples. It will operate under the banner of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.

David Gape will serve as managing broker of the new office, in addition to his current leadership of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Marco Island office, according to a statement. Stock Realty’s 21 real estate agents were invited to remain with Premier Sotheby’s International.

“They bring a wealth of local knowledge and professional experience to our company," says Judy Green, chief executive officer of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, of the former Stock Realty agents. “Their addition strengthens our presence in the southeast Naples area and enhances our position as the luxury real estate leader in the Naples market."

Adds Brian Stock of the former Stock Realty, “We are proud to align the respected reputations of our two great company brands to further the success of our people and provide an even higher level of service to their customers.”

Headquartered in Naples, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has more than 1,100 associates and employees in 40 locations in Florida and North Carolina.
