BONITA SRINGS — Gulfshore Homes has added custom renovation services to its portfolio of services. Services range from full-home renovations to additional living space on homes of all ages.
Based in Bonita Springs, the 20-year-old company’s renovation services includes incorporating technology into existing homes and upgrading home protection to contemporary hurricane codes.
“We have seen an uptick in homeowner requests to move from particular decorating styles, such as Tuscan to a décor that better reflects their style,” says Gulfshore Homes President Steven Watt in a news release.
The company builds homes in communities such as Miromar Lakes in Estero, West Bay Club in Naples and on Marco Island.
