FORT MYERS — Low-fare carrier Frontier Airlines has begun non-stop service between Southwest Florida International Airport and seven new markets. Frontier will now offer flights to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Syracuse Hancock International Airport, Portland International Jetport, Salt Lake City International Airport, Raleigh-Durham International Airport, Albany International Airport and Las Vegas McCarran International Airport.

The new routes will offer additional connections to other cities across Frontier’s network.

“With the addition of these new flights, Frontier will offer nonstop service during the busy winter travel season to a total of 23 cities, the most of any airline at Southwest Florida International Airport,” says Lee County Port Authority Executive Director Jeff Mulder.

Flights between five of the seven new routes are available twice weekly. Service to and from Phoenix and Syracuse will be available three das per week.
