TAMPA — WCI, a luxury division of Lennar, has opened Inlet Shore, the builder’s second community in the Westshore Marina District, a new waterfront development in South Tampa.

Inlet Shore offers 68 three-story townhomes and 40 four-story townhomes, with many offering scenic views of Tampa Bay, according to a press release. The community also includes a private pool with cabanas.

“Inlet Shore at Westshore Marina District offers an upscale waterside lifestyle in the heart of South Tampa,” states Mike Bachman, WCI Communities’ director of sales, in the release. “These luxury townhomes offer residents the unique opportunity to live in a vibrant new community that is gated and offers quick, convenient access to downtown Tampa and St. Petersburg, both of which are only six miles away.”

Inlet Shore home prices start in the $500s and floor plans range in size from 2,173 square feet to 2,410 square feet.

WCI’s other Westshore Marina District community, Inlet Park, opened in December 2018 and its 35 homes have been sold, the release states.
