in securities institute
Carlton Fields PA shareholder Nathaniel L. Doliner was a panelist on a mergers and acquisitions program at the Southern Federal Securities Institute in Coconut Grove. Doliner, chair of the firm's corporate practice group, focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and taxation. He is a graduate of George Washington University, J.D. at Chicago ABA meeting
Gregory A. Hearing, managing partner of Tampa's Thompson, Sizemore & Gonzalez PA, will speak in August at the annual meeting of the American Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section in Chicago. Hearing will discuss cross examination in employment law trials.
