Law firm expands footprint in area with new office

Fort Myers-based Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan PLLC opens for business in Cape Coral.

FORT MYERS — Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan PLLC, a Fort Myers law firm, has opened a new office in Cape Coral. 

Located at 1222 47th Terrace, Suite 116, in the Twelve Twenty-Two Executive Center, it’s the second location for the firm and will be managed by Scott Hertz, according to a press release. 

“Cape Coral has distinct needs and we’re expanding to meet the changing landscape within our Southwest Florida community,” senior partner Frank Aloia Jr. states in the release. “From business and real estate development to family law and personal injury legal matters, Aloia Roland is dedicated to best serving our clients. As our region grows, we know our clients need service even closer to their homes and businesses.” 

Hertz, the release states, has a background in construction law, contract law and litigation, commercial law, real estate litigation, land use issues, licensing and permitting. Established in 2004, Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan PLLC has 10 attorneys and more than 20 support staff.
