Law firm boosts partners to board roles

Firm shareholders Ashley Lupo and Paul Giordano join the leadership team of Roetzel & Andress.

NAPLES — Two new members have been named to the board of directors of the law firm of Roetzel & Andress.

Ashley Lupo and Paul Giordano will join chairman Robert Blackham and board members Denise Hasbrook, Ronald Kopp, Terrence Link III, Brian Moore and Christopher Reuscher on the firm’s leadership team, according to a statement. 

Lupo, also a shareholder, is based in the firm’s Naples office. She joined the firm as an associate in 2002, becoming a partner in 2007. Lupo has represented planned communities, including condominiums, homeowners' associations, country clubs, hotels, mixed-use and industrial condominiums and continuing care retirement communities over the past two decades. She has also represented hundreds of planned communities and country clubs regarding all aspects of their day-to-day operations, including compliance with federal and Florida statutes and regulations; employment and Fair Housing Act issues; land-use issues; interaction with federal, Florida and local agencies; and other corporate governance issues. 

Giordano is a firm shareholder who serves as the practice group manager of its business litigation group. He joined the firm as a partner in 2012 and is based in the Fort Myers office where he handles a variety of business, commercial and banking litigation, with a special focus on bankruptcy and creditors' rights, troubled debt restructuring, workouts and related litigation. He also works with partnership disputes, commercial foreclosures, contract and corporate disputes, construction liens, real estate dispute litigation and general and professional liability lawsuits.
