Located behind a Cracker Barrel restaurant, the hotel features four suites and includes a laundromat, heated outdoor swimming pool, fitness facility, meeting room, business center and coffee shop. The three-story hotel was built in 2008.
Perfect Hospitality mortgaged the property to Central Bank for $1.97 million.
