NAPLES — Manhattan Construction Group promoted Bob Koenig to president of Manhattan Kraft Construction Co. Inc., the company's commercial building subsidiary, according to an official statement.

Prior to the move, Koenig served as executive vice president of Southwest Florida for Manhattan Kraft. Koenig has 34 years of construction industry experience, having spent eight of those with Manhattan Kraft.

Kraft Construction Co. became Manhattan Kraft Construction Co. Inc. in November, roughly two years after the firm was acquired by Tulsa-based Manhattan Construction Group. The Florida-based subsidiary operates offices in Naples, Fort Myers, Tampa, Sarasota and Kissimmee.

Manhattan Kraft Co. generated nearly $265 million in revenues in 2009.
