JHS Capital Holdings Inc. agreed to sublet 20,000 square feet of office space at M&I Bank Plaza in Tampa from Fowler White Boggs P.A., the building's largest tenant. The move may soon allow JHS Capital to expand its workforce, according to comments issued by John Sykes, the company's chairman and founder.

“We are very excited to relocate this office in downtown Tampa and look forward to bringing additional new jobs to this area,” Sykes said.

Founded in 2009, JHS Capital Advisors is a subsidiary of Tampa-based JHS Capital Holdings. John Sykes was featured in an April edition of the Business Review.
