Area attorney named president of international board

Jack Brown III was first elected to ACA International’s board of directors in 2015.

SARASOTA — Attorney Jack Brown III was elected to serve a one-year term as president of ACA International’s board of directors.

ACA International is an association of credit and collection professionals. It was founded in 1939.

Brown is a Sarasota-based attorney and serves as CEO of Gulf Coast Collection Bureau.

He was first elected to ACA International’s board of directors in 2015. In 2016, he became treasurer. In 2017, he took on the role of president-elect.

"I am honored to lead our members forward at this critically important time in the accounts receivable management industry’s history, particularly as it relates to regulatory, legislative and legal issues," says Brown in a statement.
