A long-time Lakewood Ranch insurance leader and his wife are selling a trio of office buildings within the 31,000-acre, master-planned community that straddles Sarasota and Manatee counties.

Louis and Ann Marie Marinaccio have retained commercial real estate brokerage firm Ian Black Real Estate to market the three buildings, at 8430 Enterprise Circle, 9415 Town Center Parkway and 9024 Town Center Parkway.

The asking price for the three properties, which total 62,154 square feet, is $11.6 million, according to Ian Black marketing materials. The three buildings are fully leased to Arthur Gallagher Risk Management Services, MGA Insurance Group, the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance, Alltrust, Sarasota Memorial Health Care System, accounting firm Kerkering Barberio and others.

“Based on the strength of the tenant base, the attractiveness of Lakewood Ranch and the quality and location of these properties, this is a worthwhile investment,” says Ian Black, who together with partner Steve Horn and agent Melissa Harris are marketing the properties for sale.

Ian Black has been managing the portfolio since 2014.

Louis Marinaccio, who with his wife, Ann Marie, began MGA Insurance in Chicago in 1989, is also a former chair of the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance.
