PLANS, DESCRIPTION: A husband-wife investment team from Lutz bought 2.83 acres in Tampa for $1.17 million.
The price equated to $411,837 per acre.
The property and purchase includes a ground lease with Bright Horizons, which owns and operates a 4,520-square-foot daycare center and a 3,400-square-foot school on the property.
Enoch Poon says he and his wife Beth Poon invested in the property partially because of its large size and also because of the financial capabilities of the tenant. Poon also cited the passive income provided by the lease agreement as a good reason to buy the property.
The Poons' also own a company, Innovative International LLC, which helps companies with developing and manufacturing products.
