HVAC contractor, nearing $50M in sales, earns unique award

Conditioned Air honored as only Southwest Florida Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer.

NAPLES — Conditioned Air was awarded the Southern Business Unit Outstanding Achievement Award at the recent Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer Meeting in Baltimore. The company was one of three Florida firms to earn the honor, and the only one from Southwest Florida, according to a statement. 

The award recognizes Conditioned Air as the largest heating, ventilation and air-conditioning company in its market utilizing inverter-driven intelligent systems as the future of the industry and home automation.

“It is truly an honor to be recognized by Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating among the top HVAC companies in the nation for our leadership and commitment to providing the highest possible standard of service,” says Conditioned Air President and CEO Tim Dupre in a statement. “We thank our customers and employees who make all this possible.”

Founded in 1962, Conditioned Air employs 375 serving Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota and Manatee counties. It had $49 million in revenue in 2017.
