The telesales agents, according to a press release, will be responsible for phone sales and enrollment assistance for Humana’s Medicare plans and other specialty products. They will also respond to inquiries from existing Humana Medicare Advantage members.

New hires will start work in June, the release states. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or GED. Humana says job seekers who speak Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese or Polish are strongly encouraged to apply.
