NAPLES —Luxury renovation and new homebuilder Diamond Custom Homes has been a prolific run of late in Quail West Golf & Country Club, completing five projects in five months worth multimillion dollars in value.
The projects include three new private residences, one new model home and one residential remodel project, according to a statement. The most recent project is a new private residence, a two-story, 8,239-square-foot home with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half baths. Other projects include:
• A remodel of an existing 6,686-square-foot estate with the construction of a 1,256-square-foot under-air addition and a new outdoor landscape design;
• A new 8,485-square-foot model home with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two half bathrooms and a four car garage. Named The Laurèn, the house, according to the statement, is listed at $4.795 million furnished;
• A new two-story, 9,117-square-foot home with six bedrooms, six full baths and two half-baths;
• A new home with extensive floor-to-ceiling windows in a five bedroom, five bath and two half-bath design.
