LAKEWOOD RANCH — Luxury homebuilder Toll Bros. named Rodney Tucker vice president of the company's west Florida division.
In his role Tucker will manage homebuilding operations in Toll Bros.' newest west Florida community — The Isles at Lakewood Ranch in east Manatee County. The community will open in late 2018, according to a press release. It will include about 450 single-family homes.
Tucker has worked for Toll Bros. since 1999. He started in the New York division, and then New England, where he was the Division Construction Manager for Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He was also previously vice president of the company's Reno, Nev., division, the release states.
Toll Bros. has additional communities in west Florida, including Cordova at Spanish Wells in Bonita Springs; Bonita Lakes in Bonita Springs ;Palazzo at Naples in north Naples; and Azure at Hacienda Lakes in Naples.
