Naples-based Stock Development sold the Grandezza Country Club to Ben, Brian and Dick Klaas for $7 million. The property features a two-story, 53,000-square-foot clubhouse with a 2,500-square-foot pool, an 18-hole championship golf course and a community information center.

“The community is sold out and we have completed its development,” explained Brian Stock, CEO of Stock Development. “The Klaas Family already has an interest in the Arrowhead Country Club in Naples and is expanding its club operations in Southwest Florida.”

Grandezza is in Estero, off of Ben Hill Griffin Parkway.
