Global software firm names new chief revenue officer

Alvaro Monserrat has nearly three decades of technology leadership experience.

NAPLES — Digital payment software firm ACI Worldwide named longtime tech executive Alvaro Monserrat chief revenue officer.

Monserrat, with nearly three decades of technology leadership experience, was most recently president of the imaging division at Nuance Communications. Prior to Nuance, he served as CEO at RES Software, according to a statement. He also held senior executive roles at Citrix Systems, including senior vice president of worldwide sales and service. Additionally, Monserrat currently serves as a board member for itopia and Seacoast Bank, and previously held board seats at several high-growth technology organizations. The release adds.

Naples-based ACI Worldwide, with $1.05 billion in revenue in 2019, powers digital payments for more than 6,000 organizations.
