ESTERO — Three of the first four buildings under construction in the luxury condominium community of Genova have been sold out with the fourth nearly sold out, according to developer Jim Wallace and Genova Partners.
Located at the corner of Corkscrew Road and Via Coconut Point, Genova will have 205 units and a private resort lifestyle club, all featuring 17th century Italianate courtyard design.
Units in future buildings remain available for purchase.
“Our passion for precedent-setting building design and resort lifestyle can be seen in all our communities, unique both in the homes, the buildings, the land planning, even the landscaping,” says Wallace in a statement. Wallace’s condo development portfolio includes Piper’s Grove and Calusa Bay in Naples and Lighthouse Bay and Rapallo, which is adjacent to Coconut Point, in Estero. “
Buildings in Genova are designed to encircle the courtyards, a central component of the community’s social activity. The two-, three- and four-bedroom units from 2,058 square feet to 3,466 square feet include private two-car garages. Prices range from $329,600 to $669,600 and up.
Amenities include a 24-hour staffed gatehouse, clubhouse, beach-entry pool, fitness center with full-time trainer and 25-meter lap pool and bocce courts. There is also private direct access to Estero Community Park.
