TAMPA —Taylor English Duma LLP, an Atlanta-based law firm, has hired Gail Holtzman, a Tampa labor and employment attorney, and named her a partner.

According to a news release, Holtzman will split her time between the firm’s Tampa and Orlando offices. She comes to Taylor English Duma from Jackson Lewis PC in Tampa, where she was a shareholder. She has also served as general counsel for the Straz Center for the Performing Arts in Tampa.

Also joining Taylor English Duma LLP as a partner is Brent Bell, a 20-year veteran of Shutts & Bowen, which has offices across Florida, including Tampa. Bell, the release states, specializes in construction litigation.

“Our firm is experiencing one of the busiest and most productive times yet, and we’re confident these welcome additions to the Taylor English Duma family will help us deliver increased value to clients,” Taylor English Duma Chairman Marc Taylor states in the release. “We’ve taken a careful and strategic approach to cultivating our team, and we’re proud of the tremendous growth that we have witnessed since our founding in 2005.”

Taylor adds, “Over the past 16 years, growth at Taylor English has been steady and fairly dramatic in nature. Coming off a year that saw the firm exceed budget by 7% — our best yet — we set an aggressive goal for talent acquisition so we can continue expanding our law firm nationwide with a truly diverse and multigenerational team. The addition of these talented individuals is just the start.”
