Construction begins on residential

and commercial development

Broadway Promenade, a mixed-use development in Sarasotais Cultural Arts District, had groundbreaking ceremonies on Nov. 10. A joint venture of Ram Development and RMC Property Group, Broadway Promenade will consist of one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums, a Publix grocery store and pharmacy, retail stores and a new Broadway Bar restaurant, all within walking distance to the dining, shopping and cultural offerings of Sarasotais Cultural Arts District. Construction of the six-acre site actually started on Nov. 1.

The attorneys took the day off from their private practice to donate their time for one-on-one consultations to a group of men and women. They offered 20-minute consultations per person.

Lennar Homes and U.S. Home presented a $13,000 check to The Florida Center for Child and Family Development to purchase a sunshade that will cover the playground at the Florida Centeris 17th Street Campus.
