Bryan Daane, a former homebuilder, has joined Engel & Völkers Belleair, a luxury real estate agency located in Belleair Bluffs in northwest Pinellas County.
According to a news release, Daane switched careers about a decade ago when he got his real estate license in Michigan. He and his family moved to the Tampa Bay region in 2017.
Daane, the release states, brings more than 25 years of experience in the homebuilding industry to his new role with Engels & Völkers. He also owned and operated a home mitigation business for 13 years.
“Bryan has proven to be a skilled negotiator in advocating for his clients,” states Kelly Montgomery-Kepler, a broker and license partner at Engel & Völkers Belleair, in the release, “and he brings a commitment of quality service, uncompromising integrity and honesty in all business transactions to ensure their success. It brings me great joy that he chose to join our family here at Engel & Völkers Belleair.”
