FORT MYERS — Property management firm KW Property Management & Consulting will manage the gated residential development Bridgetown at The Plantation in Fort Myers.
KW Property Management is based in Miami and has a regional headquarters in Bonita Springs. Bridgetown at The Plantation now has 550 homes. When it's fully built out, it will have 977 homes, according to a press release.

Paul Kaplan and Robert White founded KW Property Management in 2004. It manages more than 80,000 homes and has over 1,200 employees. In addition to the Bonita Springs and Miami locations, it has offices in Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, North Carolina, New York and the Bahamas.
