FORT MYERS — Family law attorney Danielle Levy Seitz has been named a partner at Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan PLLC

Seitz built the Aloia Roland family law practice from the ground up at the Fort Myers-baaed firm, according to a statement, and helped expand her team to better serve the firm’s clients.

“As an exceptionally talented attorney, Danielle has served countless families and individuals within the Southwest Floirida community, has proven her ethical practice of the law and significantly advanced our mission,” Aloia Roland senior partner Frank Aloia says in the release. “We whole-heartedly congratulate Danielle as a new partner and we’re so proud she’s the first female partner at Aloia Roland.”

Seitz became a member of the Florida Bar in 2012 and joined the firm in 2016. She represents clients in divorce, paternity, child custody, relocations, modifications, domestic violence and adoptions, the release states. “Aloia Roland’s growth over the last five years has been amazing to be a part of, and I can’t wait to see where we go from here,” Seitz says in the statement.

A Southwest Florida native, Seitz earned her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and earned a dual undergraduate degree in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Florida.

Established in 2004 and led by senior partners, Frank Aloia, Ty Roland, Evan Lubell and Jack Morgan, Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan PLLC is a full-service law firm with practice areas in business and real estate law, commercial litigation, personal injury and wrongful death, class action litigation, family law and wills, trusts, estates and probate.
