PALMETTO — It Works! Global, the Palmetto-based direct sales company best known for its weight loss wraps, has hired a new chief financial officer.
Jerry Ogle, a certified public accountant with two decades of experience, has been working as a consultant to the company for the past five years.
“We're glad to have him officially join our team and looking forward to what the future holds as we grow and continue to share our opportunity,” says It Works! CEO and founder Mark Pentecost in a release.
Prior to joining It Works!, Ogle ran Ogle International Tax Advisors in Sarasota where he worked on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, multijurisdictional IPOs and global expansions, among other accounting-related tasks.
“It Works! not only enhances the lives of our customers, but also creates a life-changing opportunity for hundreds of thousands of distributors around the world,” Ogle says.
Founded in 2001, It Works! has more than 150,000 distributors globally, and had $748 million in sales in 2015.
