NAPLES — A multidisciplinary financial services firm with offices spread across several states recently promoted a senior manager at its Naples location.
HBK CPAs & Consultants, headquartered in Canfield, Ohio, announced Darby Beaverson was promoted to principal of its Naples office, according to a news release.
“Darby has established herself in our office as a leader and a really effective problem solver,” says Barry Holes, principal-in-charge of HBK’s Southwest Florida region, in a statement. “Her teammates regard her as a good listener, level-headed and very objective in her thinking. People count on her for smart, sensible decisions.”
Beaverson has been with the firm since 2014, specializing in a variety of accounting, tax and assurance services. Much of her work has been done in the construction industry and for nonprofits. She also serves many other types of small businesses, their owners and families. Darby is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and serves as treasurer of the Cancer Alliance of Naples.
The firm also promoted another senior manager, Richard Mishock, to principal for its office in Stuart.
