SELLER: Robert Ford as guardian of Elizabeth Ford Roth, an incapacitated person
PROPERTY: 2370 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers
PRICE: $2.15 million
LAW FIRM ON DEED: Knott Ebelini Hart, Fort Myers

PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
Ponte Vedra Beach developer The Ferber Co. purchased 3.45 acres of commercial land for $2.15 million.

The price equated to $623,188 per acre.

The parcel is just west of the corner of Colonial Boulevard and Fowler Street and has frontage on both roadways.

Chuck Mayhugh of Mayhugh Realty Inc. represented the seller, and Dan O'Berski of Trinity Commercial Group Inc. represented the buyer.

Mayhugh says the property features both a high-profile/high traffic-volume location and commercial intensive zoning, which allows a multitude of commercial uses.

The new property will be developed into a Wawa gas station.

The purchase entity, 2014 Colonial Associates LLC, mortgaged the property to Whitney Bank for $3.15 million.
