Feldman Equities and partners have unveiled the Gensler design for the 52-story Riverwalk Place

Three years after revealing plans to develop the downtown Tampa site that had been slated to become a Trump Tower, Feldman Equities LLC. and partners have officially unveiled designs for their 52-story Riverwalk Place skyscraper.

Designed by architectural firm Gensler, work on the “softened triangle”-shaped tower that will contain 200,000 square feet of Class A office space and 210 luxury condos is slated to begin later this year.

“Ours will be a 24/7 building,” Feldman CEO Larry Feldman indicated in January. “Mixed use creates a dynamic of activity.”

The $350 million project, which will be the tallest along the Gulf Coast, is slated for at least partial completion in February 2021.

It will be the first new office tower developed in downtown Tampa in three decades, and the first-ever that combines residential and commercial space.

Two Roads Development, which will partner with Feldman and Tower Realty Partners on the project, says the luxury residences “will be comparable to the best of New York or London.”
