Electronic wholesaler relocating to Naples

BUYER: Sandal Real Estate Holdings LLC (principal: Jennifer Ferris), Naples

SELLER: NFPS Inc.

PROPERTY: 4720 Radio Road, Naples

PRICE: $1.85 million

PREVIOUS PRICE: $4.1 million, April 2002

TITLE FIRM ON DEED: American Home Title of Tampa Bay Inc., Tampa

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: A wholesale electronics company led by Jennifer Ferris purchased the 35,088-square-foot former SRI Marble & Granite building for $1.85 million.

The price equated to $53 per square foot.

The two-story industrial building, which also featured 5,806 square feet of office space, was vacant at the time of the sale. It was built in 2000.

Michael Dorobanti of Downing Frye Realty represented the buyer and Leslee Coppock of Keller Williams Realty represented the seller.

While declining to name the company, Dorobanti says the building was purchased so the business could relocate to Naples.

“The main motivating factor was the size of the building, and of course the price,” he says.
