FORT MYERS -- E.L. Fox and Lori Vitello-Summers bought Tony Sacco's Coal Oven Pizza's Fort Myers location.

Tony Sacco, Chuck Senetore and George Kurajian created Tony Sacco's in Estero in 2008, and began selling franchises a year later. Today the company operates 18 locations.

Fox, one half of the buying partnership, is president of Fox Electronics, a company with $25 million in revenues. The Fort Myers-based firm builds oscillation controllers for microprocessors; its annual revenues grew nearly 9% last year. The company employs roughly 60 workers, and was featured in an August issue of the Gulf Coast Business Review (see “The Heartbeat of Technology,” Aug. 11).

The newly purchased pizza parlor is located at the Park Shops at Andrea Lane, at 14261 S. Tamiami Trail, Suite 11.
