PLANS, DESCRIPTION: The owners of a four-store Domino's Pizza franchise in Lee County — Nancy Drury and Scott Dennis — traded buildings with Richard Manner of Cape Coral in a move to bring one of their pizza stores directly on to Del Prado Boulevard.

Drury and Dennis sold Manner the 1,600-square-foot existing Domino's store on 16th Place for $320,530. In exchange Manner sold them the 1,903-square-foot former Grinder's Deli restaurant on Del Prado for $670,530.

Along with a more prominent location, the slightly larger Del Prado store offers the couple space for customers to eat on site and a drive-thru, according to Dennis.

“We think it will be a great location for us with the addition of the sit-down business and the additional [drive-by] traffic,” says Dennis.

The new owners plan to paint the building and make other improvements for an early January opening.
