A Dallas-based partnership formed in June has acquired the Manatee Surgical Center from its doctor owners for nearly $5.46 million, records show.
Manatee ASC Partners is composed of Jason L. Signor and Manatee ASC GP LLC, according to state records.
The 14,436-square-foot property contains four operating rooms and a trio of endoscopy rooms, according to the surgical center's website.
Manatee ASC Partners bought the property using a $4.3 million mortgage from American Momentum Bank.
The seller is a group led by Dr. Michael Gurucharri, its president, who also is affiliated with Ear, Nose & Throat Associates of Manatee.
