FORT MYERS — Construction has been completed on Decorum Luxury Apartments, a luxury complex in Fort Myers.
Naples-based DeAngelis Diamond built the project, for Knott Realty Group, according to a statement. The 630,000-square-foot complex has 435 units. It features a resort-style pool with private poolside cabanas, pickleball courts, a theater and billiards room, two state-of-the-art fitness areas, dog parks, walking trails, and garages, the release adds.
The complex is on a 38-acre tract at 9851 Ben C. Pratt/Six Mile Cypress Parkway that Knott Realty acquired in 2017 for $5.2 million.
Decorum Apartments is one of DeAngelis Diamond’s 41 multifamily/senior living projects with similar developments currently under construction. Rockledge Flats Apartments in Rockledge, Brevard County, and Marina Bay 880 in Clearwater will be completed in early 2021, the release states, citing two others. DeAngelis Diamond has over $1 billion worth of multifamily/senior living construction experience, totaling over 7,500 units.
DeAngelis Diamond, with $318.4 million in revenue in 2019 and 152 employees, specializes in commercial, multifamily and health care construction, with over 23 years of general contracting experience across the United States and in the Caribbean Islands.
