CAPE CORAL — Commercial Real Estate Services of SWFL Inc. named real estate attorney Greg May managing director.
May will assist clients in Southwest Florida as well as nationally and internationally for the Cape Coral-based company, according to a statement. May is a commercial Realtor and real estate attorney with more than 12 years of experience in real estate, including appraisal and land planning, the release adds.
“This is a service industry,” May says in the release. “It’s all about relationships. I try to keep that at the forefront of what I do.”
CRES specializes in sales, leasing, investment sales, land site selection and development and property management for commercial properties.
