Fort Myers-based LandQwest Commercial named Michael Price a senior associate who will lead the firm's land division unit.
A Fort Myers native, Price has specialized in land and multifamily investment sales for nearly five years, mostly with another area firm. He has also worked on large-scale development and special-use representation projects, according to a statement.
“We are proud to have Michael join the LandQwest team,” says LandQwest Commercial Founding Principal John Mounce. “His insight into Southwest Florida commercial real estate, coupled with a unique ability to procure off-market opportunities, will be a tremendous asset in this thriving land market.”
LandQwest Commercial has offices in Fort Myers, Tampa and Orlando. The firm was founded in 2005.
