Coldwell Banker has new leaders

SARASOTA — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate of Florida installed two new managing brokers to lead a pair of the firm's Gulf Coast offices.

Pauline Bennett will manage the company's Sarasota Downtown office. Bennett's real estate career began in 2001. She spent most of the past decade working for Coldwell Banker in Connecticut, and in 2009 she was made managing broker of the company's office in Cheshire, Conn.

Bob Huff is the new managing broker for Coldwell Banker's St. Armands office. Huff has 10 years of experience in the Sarasota/Bradenton residential real estate market. Before joining Coldwell Banker, Huff worked for Michael Saunders & Co., specializing in sales on Siesta Key, Lido Key, and Longboat Key.

Scott Dougherty runs the firm's East County office, and Michael Taylor manages the Lakewood Ranch location.
