PORT CHARLOTTE — Charlotte State Bank & Trust has a new loan operations management team, recently naming Jane Boston assistant vice president and loan operations manager; Ann Erbaugh assistant loan operations manager; and Donna Cornell senior loan servicing specialist.

Boston, who has been with Charlotte State Bank & Trust more than 14 years, is responsible for the organization and daily operations associated with all loan activities, as well as customer assistance and department management as they relate to the servicing of loan-related products, according to a statement.

Erbaugh has more than 35 years of experience in the financial industry, starting at a bank in her native Ohio. After moving to Florida in the late 1990s, she served as a loan processor and supervisor, senior vice president of loan operations, quality control manager and IRA specialist. She joined Charlotte State Bank & Trust in 2016.

Cornell, who has been with the bank nearly 20 years, has experience in customer service, sales and all aspects of loan operations. She also spent six years as the bank’s internal control officer.

Established in 1987, Charlotte State Bank & Trust, with $377 million in assets, has full-service offices in Charlotte and Sarasota counties and loan production offices in Collier and Lee counties. It is one of four banks owned by the Crews Banking Corp., a privately held Florida bank holding company.
